The property is situated in the centre of a small, friendly village on the ridge overlooking Lake Trasimeno in Umbria.

There are several shops within walking distance including a supermarket, a butcher, a hardware store, petrol station and a pizza takeaway. A fresh vegetable and fruit seller comes to the village every week, parks opposite the house!
